I started my career in 1975 after graduating from Glendon College with a degree in English Literature. I worked as a salesman for several companies before deciding to get a Broker's license. In 1980 I started a new company (Russell & Ward) and continued selling real estate from a broker's perspective. In 1994 I realized that I was only interested in working with clients and decided to leave the company I started and focus exclusively on selling.
